Meet Dr. Haynes

Trevor Haynes, DPM, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Elite Foot & Ankle Associates, which he happily shares with his patients in Sandy and Portland, Oregon, allowing them to move better through life. Whether it’s a smaller problem, like an ingrown toenail, bunion or foot fracture, Dr. Haynes provides every patient with quality care knowing that the ability to move without pain is paramount when it comes to quality of life.

Originally from Idaho, Dr. Haynes attended Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology. From there, he attended podiatry school at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (now the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine) in Independence, Ohio.

After earning his medical degree in 2012, Dr. Haynes moved his family to Houston where he completed a three-year foot and ankle reconstructive surgery residency at West Houston Medical Center. While there, he trained under the renowned Dr. Samuel Mendicino, as well as 30 other podiatrists and orthopedists.

In 2015, Dr. Haynes completed his prestigious residency and moved his family to Brookings, South Dakota, where he joined the Avera Medical Group. Dr. Haynes performed various bunion, hammertoe, and other foot and ankle surgeries. Dr. Haynes enjoys treating sports injuries and correcting bunion deformities. He also has extensive experience in wound care of the lower extremity.

After nearly three years in South Dakota, Dr. Haynes felt it was time to move his family from the Midwest back to the area he grew to love, the Pacific Northwest.

Dr. Haynes is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon. He is a member of the Academy of Minimally Invasive Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Dr. Haynes performs surgery at Adventist Health Portland, Providence Willamette Falls, Legacy Mt. Hood and Mt. Scott Surgery Center.

Dr. Haynes has been married for 20 years to his beautiful wife Karie, and they have four children: Jaden, KynnLee, Grayson, and Rhettick. Dr. Haynes enjoys sports, the outdoors, and spending time with his wife and children.

Meet Dr. Belnap

Tyler Belnap, DPM AACFAS is a highly experienced foot and ankle surgeon that will be serving his patients in the Portland and King City offices. Dr Belnap has a passion for not only treating, but also educating his patients on what their foot problems are and how to overcome them.

Before moving to the Pacific Northwest, Dr Belnap grew up in Utah, where he stayed to attend college at Utah Valley University. He graduated with a degree in Spanish and then attended podiatry school at Midwestern University in Phoenix, AZ. While there, he regularly served in the community and was awarded the Samuel Mason Pioneering Service Award. He also held multiple leadership positions including class president and president of the sports medicine club.

For residency, Dr Belnap moved to the east coast to train at Northwell Health – Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He received advanced training in rearfoot and ankle surgeries and had the opportunity to work with D-1 athletes at Fordham University. He was awarded Resident of the Year during his 2nd year.

After residency, Dr Belnap moved with his wife to the Portland area. He practiced for the last 2 years primarily in Vancouver, WA prior to joining Elite Foot and Ankle Associates.

Dr Belnap will have privileges at Adventist Health Portland, Providence Willamette Falls, Providence Portland, Providence St Vincent, Providence Beaverton, and Legacy Meridian Park.

In his spare time, Dr Belnap enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah. Together they enjoy exploring the mountains and coastline. He is a 3x Ironman and has competed in a number of ultramarathons.

Meet Dr. Williams

Paul Williams, DPM, MHA, AACFAS is a highly skilled reconstructive foot and ankle surgeon that is currently serving his patients in the Beaverton and Tigard offices. Dr. Williams’ goal is to develop a patient focused plan of care to improve his patient’s health, mobility, and quality of life.

Dr. Williams grew up in central Iowa where he studied at Grand View University and earned a degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. He completed his Master’s degree in Health Care Administration at Kaplan University before attending podiatry school at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Iowa. While at Des Moines University, he served as the president of the podiatric practice management and journal club and as a teacher assistant for lower limb anatomy. Outside of school, he proudly served in the Iowa Air National Guard for 7 years and volunteered with multiple non-profit organizations to give back to his community. He volunteered at community food pantries, fed the homeless through the Salvation Army, and served as a mentor to young adults and children at local schools. He was recognized for his services and received the DMU Community Service Award.

After earning his medical degree in 2020, Dr. Williams moved to Houston, Texas where he completed a three-year foot and ankle reconstructive surgery residency at HCA Houston Healthcare West. While there, he received specialized training in total ankle replacements, traumatology, and Charcot deformity corrections. During his residency, he also participated in the TPMA San Miguel, Mexico Medical Missions Trip with the goal of providing foot and ankle care to those in need in this underserved area. As a collective, the Mexico Medical Missions provided comprehensive care to over 600 patients, performed 20 reconstructive surgeries, dispensed over 2,000 orthotics and 100 diabetic shoes.

After residency, Dr Williams moved to the Portland area to join Elite Foot and Ankle Associates. He has privileges at Adventist Health Portland, Providence St Vincent, Legacy Meridian Park, and Plaza Ambulatory Surgery Center.

In his free time, Dr. Williams enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors and gardening.

Meet Dr. McManus

Daniel McManus, DPM, is a highly experienced foot and ankle surgeon that will be serving his patients in the Sandy and Canby locations. Dr. McManus has a passion for educating patients on the nature of their foot and ankle issues, and coming up with the best plan and treatment that works best for the individual.

Dr. McManus grew up in Cincinnati Ohio, where he majored in neuropsychology and minored in chemistry at the University of Cincinnati. He was the psychology club president and graduated as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He then attended Kent State University of Podiatric Medicine, where he served as the academic counsel representative for his class. Dr. McManus then moved to Brooklyn New York where he completed his surgical residency at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Dr. McManus in his free time loves to hike, read, watch movies, run, and spend quality time with his wife Dr. Caitlyn McManus, who he met while in Podiatry School.
