I highly recommend this place. The staff is amazing. The blonde nurse that helped me was so helpful and nice. Dr Haynes is a very respectful and respectable doctor. I could tell he definitely has your best interest in what he does for his patients and doesn’t want to waste your time or money!

Dr. Belnap is exceptionally professional, personable, and knowledgeable. His work on my arches has, frankly, cured my pain. He’s the kind of person and doctor that I would trust with all my foot and ankle needs!

I appreciate that my podiatrist is a runner. I went in thinking I needed orthotics but Dr Belnap took a conservative approach and simply suggested the right shoes and he was right. Thanks!

I went to doctor Haynes because I did my homework when I was looking for a foot surgeon. He and his staff are a top shelf team. His staff went above and beyond when dealing with my insurance. And doctor Haynes explained what he was going to do when he operates in clear and plain words that I understood. His confidence relieved my stress.

Great Dr. Nice office. No wait time. Took the time to explain options and follow-up.

I can't say enough good things about Trevor Haynes and Amanda, the lady that runs the front office. Let me first say that originally, I was scheduled at different Doctors office, I won't name names, but the business names initials are N.W.E. in Tigard. I had an appointment for consultation for lapiplasty. They took x-rays of my feet, then the doctor came in and told me that he doesn't do lapiplasty and that they should have scheduled me with different doctor in the office. The doctor also told me I didn't need surgery, and to wear orthopedic shoes. I am a size 6 1/2 and was wearing a size 8 1/2 in order to get my foot in a shoe wide enough to house my friend Paul Bunion. They then billed me $350 for an absolutely useless consultation. I paid the bill and went looking for a new doctor which is when I found Elite Foot and Ankle. The first thing noteworthy about Dr. Haynes office, he's ALWAYS on time, which is unheard of these days. He spends the time you need with him and happily answers questions. If there's anyone who knows feet, it's this guy. Second, he truly enjoys what he does and it shows. Let's face it, feet aren't the most glamorous parts of our body, but once you have a bum one, you realize they're one of the most important. He understands the pain and discomfort associated with bunions and seems to genuinely enjoy treating patients. Now to the most important part of it all. Dr. Haynes was able to offer an alternative surgery to lapiplasty that was far less invasive, didn't require hardware, shorter recovery time and no anesthesia required. It sounded too good to be true. I am 8 weeks post surgery and couldn't be happier with the results. I am SO lucky I didn't get through with Northwest Extremities, (whoops, did I say that?) Don't let Elite Foot and Ankle's smaller office and small-town feel cloud your judgement about his abilities, he's the best out there. He literally travels around the Country teaching other doctor's procedures on how to fix feet. Don't waste your time with anyone else.
