What a terrific experience! I was greeted by a very thoughtful receptionist, the time and attention I received first from Dr. Williams tech, then he himself was exceptional. And at no point did I feel rushed, the exam was very thorough and very good options were explained so that I fully understood. The doctor helped my immediate pain, suggested some things to alleviate the awful chronic pain so much so that I’m looking forward to my next appointment! It was a wonderful experience and I appreciate the care I received!

UPDATE: Due to a very bad fall I have been in and out of hospitals and nursing homes since early January. When I called to reschedule an appointment at the King City office, the woman who answered the phone with sounded very angry with me because I had to reschedule. I did not know what date to schedule for because I did not know how long I would be in a nursing home or a hospital, and I asked her if I could please leave my reschedule date open? She got very very angry on the phone and said we don't do that! I said well I'll cancel the appointment I have for later in the week and then I will call you when I know for sure that I will not be in the hospital or a nursing home and can reschedule for that time. She said something like if you feel that's okay then that's okay thank you and she hung up. That is not the way I'm using treated by personnel in Dr. Williams's office. I hope he reads this or finds out about it somehow because I really would really like to remain a patient of his. ******************** I have seen many Podiatrists over the years but none has been as skilled, compassionate, and decent as Dr Paul Williams. Two other podiatrists told me that if I didn't have vascular surgery done on my feet I would lose them. Dr Williams told me that was just not so, told me what the condition really was, and not to worry about it. It's a delight to visit with him and I know that please pardon the pun, my feet are in very good hands with Dr Paul Williams! His assistant and office staff are just marvelous as well.
