I have seen many Podiatrists over the years but none has been as skilled, compassionate, and decent as Dr Paul Williams. Two other podiatrists told me that if I didn't have vascular surgery done on my feet I would lose them. Dr Williams told me that was just not so, told me what the condition really was, and not to worry about it. It's a delight to visit with him and I know that please pardon the pun, my feet are in very good hands with Dr Paul Williams! His assistant and office staff are just marvelous as well.

Dr. Williams and his team provided great care for my mother, who has been suffering from an autoimmune disease causing arthritis in her foot, specifically plantar fasciitis. She had been dealing with this issue for almost a year until we found Dr. Williams. He was very patient with my mother, who doesn't speak English, and took extra time with her, as she was quite skeptical and worried about having her foot injected. Dr. Williams was kind, patient, and explained every single question that my mother and I had. As it turns out, my instincts were right; Dr. Williams did an excellent job, and it has helped my mother. Now she can walk by herself and has stopped taking pain pills every day. My family is extremely grateful and would like to thank Dr. Williams and his team. Toan

This is one of the best doctors offices I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot). From the reception to the PA to the doctor himself, Dr, Williams, everyone has treated me with such care, compassion and kindness. They genuinely care about your well being and spend a lot of time with you to ensure you understand everything going on and all your options. I really couldn’t ask for a better medical team and would highly recommend anyone needing foot or ankle care to seek them out.

Unprofessional. I spent 30 mins filling out my paperwork online using the link that I was sent. I showed up a week later to my appointment and they said they didn't have it and asked if I had filled it out for the right clinic as though I'm stupid. I had to refill it out. Was brought back by the nurse who didn't introduce herself. I was told that they needed an x ray of my foot. I told her that my primary care doctor had already taken one and asked her if it had been sent over. She said that they didn't have it. She could not explain why I needed another one. I was kind of pissed at this point and told her that I don't feel comfortable right now with the clinic overall. She just looked at me like I had two heads which got me even more irritated and upset. I asked to speak to her boss. Finally her boss explains in one sentence why I need another x ray. And then when he leaves she's just standing there looking at me and then apologizes because her parent just died. Like okay, I can sympathize but I'm not being irrational. I shouldn't be made to be the bad person when I am voicing as a woman that I don't feel comfortable with this clinic's competency due to it's inability to handle basic tasks such as accessing paperwork and explaining things. Sorry I guess. I didn't raise my voice or anything like that. I never got an after visit summary or a prescription so I really don't know right now. I could get better professionalism at the DMV to be honest.
