I had surgery on my right foot by a different Orthopedic Dr. Discouraged by the outcome and needing a similar surgery on my left foot, I was leery of going to anyone. I drove 3.5 hours one way, to have a consultation with Dr. Haynes. I was impressed with his knowledge, demeanor and work ethic. I scheduled a surgery on October 5, 2019. I am more than happy to report that this procedure went better than expected and I am already in regular shoes. I am so happy to be walking without pain! I can't say enough good things about his assistant Amanda, She was very attentive and went out of her way to assist me with whatever I needed. Thank you to the Elite Foot Crew. You ARE the BEST!

Very nice staff, Dr Haynes was very nice. I was able to have xrays done in office and he even has portable ultrasound which came in very handy for him to do an injection. I am happy to have been able to see him and for the treatment he provided.
